At AURIE, every order is processed securely and with care.
Secure Online Payments Only
We currently accept prepaid orders through:
- Credit & Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Wallets
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways to ensure complete protection of your information.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
This helps us maintain operational efficiency and offer a seamless, premium experience to our customers.
Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS.
- Please ensure that your contact details are accurate at checkout.
- If you do not receive confirmation within 15 minutes, kindly check your spam folder or contact us at care@aurie.co.in.
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change.
Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
- To request cancellation, email us at care@aurie.co.in with your Order ID.
- If eligible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
- You may refer to our Return Policy for eligible return requests.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Customized or personalized pieces cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Orders placed during promotional events or limited drops may not be eligible for cancellation.
Refund Timeline (For Cancelled Orders)
- Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
